How do I add a place?
Tap the + button, search for a place using Apple Maps, or enter its name and location manually.
You can also add photographs, a visit date, and a personal note.
Can I add places I've visited in the past?
Yes. You can add places you visited years ago. The visit date is optional.
Where are my places stored?
Your places, photographs, and notes are stored locally on your iPhone.
Places I've Seen doesn't require an account.
Does Places I've Seen work offline?
Yes. You can view your saved collection and manually add places without an internet connection.
Searching for places through Apple Maps requires internet access.
Can I edit or delete a place?
Yes. Open a saved place and use its options to edit or delete it.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting the app can remove your saved collection.
Places I've Seen doesn't currently offer its own cloud synchronization or export feature. An existing iPhone backup may help restore your data, but recovery isn't guaranteed.
